We want buying Pulse Edit to be risk-free. Every purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked — anywhere in the world. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have a statutory right of withdrawal, and we honor it in full. This page explains both, and gives you a simple electronic way to use them.

The short version

Withdraw or request a refund

Fill in what you remember and press the button. It opens a pre-written withdrawal notice in your email app, addressed to us — you only have to hit send. This is the electronic withdrawal function under Art. 54-bis of the Italian Consumer Code.

No email app? Write to support@pulseedit.com with the word “withdrawal” and your purchase email. We reply within 24 hours.

What happens next

We confirm your withdrawal by email and refund the full amount to your original payment method, normally within a few days and at most within 14 days of receiving your notice. There is nothing to return — Pulse Edit is software — and we do not deactivate your license keys after a refund.

Digital products and the 14-day window

Pulse Edit is downloadable software, delivered immediately after purchase. Under EU law a trader may ask digital buyers to waive their withdrawal right the moment the download begins. We choose not to. You get the full 14-day window regardless, and the period stays 14 days because we give you clear pre-purchase information and this withdrawal function — we don't bury it or make you jump through hoops.

Model withdrawal form

You can also copy the standard EU model form below and send it to support@pulseedit.com. Using the button above does the same thing automatically.

To AB Tools / Abramo Benedetti — support@pulseedit.com I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the purchase of the following software: Pulse Edit. Ordered on / received on: ____________________ Name of consumer: ____________________ Email used at purchase: ____________________ Date: ____________________

Legal basis

For EU consumers, the right of withdrawal is granted by Directive 2011/83/EU. The electronic withdrawal function is required by Art. 54-bis of the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo), introduced by Legislative Decree no. 209/2025 transposing Directive (EU) 2023/2673, in force from 19 June 2026. Standard consumer-law exceptions under Art. 59 of the Consumer Code still apply, but we honor the 14-day window for everyone regardless.

If you'd rather not contact us directly, EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. See also our Terms of Service.
